Boofy

Our beautiful baby boy, Boofy was named after our much loved Border Collie, and Nadia’s first show dog: BIS, RUBISS, Multi RUIS, Multi BIG Australian Grand Champion Cannyben Bonnys Crusade “Boofy” who passed away in his sleep aged 15 in September 2011.

Boofy as such has massive shoes to fill here, and with two such big winning parents, we hope that he will do just that.

Boofy has a gorgeous body, strong head and a real attitude that says “Look at me!”. At the same time, he is a very cuddly little guy and is the pup everyone who visits Classicyds just wants to cuddle.

In the show-ring and at home, Boofy is definitely Mel’s pup. Since being introduced into the show ring Boofy has been quite the star, winning multiple Baby Puppy in Groups and Baby Puppy in Group at the Toowoomba Royal Show 2012. He went on to win multiple minor puppy, puppy and junior in group and in show wins.

Not only this but Boofy recieved his first Runner Up in Group at the age of 6 months, at his first show coming out of the Baby Puppy Class. He then a month later won yet again another Runner Up in Group and this confirmed our thoughts that this youngster has a bright future ahead of him. Justifying this Boofy won his first Best in Group, at the age of 11 months.

Boofy finished off a fantastic year, winning the title of Best Rising Star Terrier in Queensland! This is a very big privelege as "Rudie" our dog won the award the previous yearin 2011.

2013 was also a very eventful year for boofy in the Classicyds team. Winning two best in shows (Toowoomba Royal and Northern Classic Kennel Club). Also winning over 10 Best in groups and over 1000 points throughout his showing career Boofy gained his Australian Supreme title at under 2 years of age! To finish off the year Boofy was named no.1 All Breeds Showdog, Jack Russell Terrier in Australia.

Here at Classicyds we are so very proud of our little man and we look forward to a bright future with this extremely gorgeous puppy.
